Welcome to QuizPapa

By using QuizPapa, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language because we believe you shouldn't need a law degree to understand a study app's rules.

Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Use a strong password and don't share your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know immediately. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (or have parental consent).

Your Content

Study sets, flashcards, and other content you create remain yours. By making content public, you grant other users permission to view and study with it. You can make content private or delete it at any time.

Don't upload content that's illegal, harmful, or infringes on someone else's intellectual property. Study sets should be for learning, not for sharing copyrighted material without permission.

Acceptable Use

Be a good citizen. Don't spam, harass other users, attempt to break the platform, or use QuizPapa for anything illegal. We're here to help people learn — let's keep it that way.

Pro Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings — you'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; reach out if you have concerns.

Classes & Collaboration

Teachers who create classes are responsible for managing their members and shared content. QuizPapa is a tool — the classroom culture is up to you. Be respectful and supportive.

Service Availability

We do our best to keep QuizPapa running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, updates, and the occasional hiccup happen. We'll communicate scheduled downtime whenever possible.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time. We'll give you a chance to export your data first.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use of QuizPapa after changes means you accept the updated terms.
